The OSSSC Radiographer 2026 online registration and application submission started from August 31, 2026. Eligible candidates will be able to apply online for Radiographer posts through the official OSSSC website at-www.osssc.gov.in. Candidates should complete registration by September 23, 2026, and submit the final online application by September 30, 2026. OSSSC Radiographer Recruitment 2026 – Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the SC, ST and PwD categories are exempted from the examination fee, while all other candidates need to pay ₹500. The fee can be paid online through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card or UPI. Notably, the examination fee paid by eligible candidates will be refunded after they appear in the examination, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by OSSSC.

OSSSC Radiographer Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates who wish to apply for OSSSC Radiographer 2026 recruitment must fulfil the following the eligibility requirement first:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must passed +2 Science examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, or an equivalent examination.
- Candidates must have passed Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) or Bachelor in Medical Radiation Technology (BMRT) from any Government Medical College & Hospital of Odisha, or any private institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or AICTE.
Professional Registration:
- Candidates must have registered their name with the Radiographers Council in the State of Odisha and possess a valid Registration or Renewal Certificate on the date of submission of the online application.
Odia Language Qualification:
- Candidates must be able to speak, read and write Odia and fulfil one of the prescribed Odia language qualifications.
Age Limit (as on 28/08/2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST/SEBC/Women: 5 years
- PwD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation equivalent to the total period of defence service, subject to the conditions mentioned in the notification.

OSSSC Radiographer Exam Pattern 2026
The OSSSC Radiographer written examination will be conducted for 100 marks with objective-type questions. The question paper will cover DMRT, Practical Skills, Arithmetic and English, with a total duration of 2 hours. There will also be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Candidates selected for the Radiographer post will receive a pay scale of Rs. 25,500 - Rs. 81,100 under Pay Matrix Level-7, Cell-01, as per the Odisha Revised Scales of Pay (ORSP) Rules, 2017. In addition to the basic pay, selected employees will be entitled to applicable allowances and benefits as per the rules of the Government of Odisha.
